I passed Class 12 with MPC subjects but I want to pursue MBBS. I have passed biology subject from NIOS 2024. Am I eligible for NEET?

<p>Yes you are eligible for Neet if you have passed the Biology subject from Nios (National Institute of Open Schooling) in the year 2024 and if you have passed the twelfth standard with important subjects mathematics physics and chemistry :<br><br>1. Eligibility Criteria for NEET: As far as the criterion of eligibility to attempt NEET is concerned, the candidate must have passed the class 12 examination with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology as core subjects. A candidate is also expected to secure at least fifty per cent of marks, for General candidates in the aggregate of the above-mentioned subjects and forty per cent for SC/ST categories.<br><br><br>2. NIOS Acceptance: MCI has listed NIOS in the medical stream and permission for NEET is on the basis of certain conditions that the combination of subjects offered is approved by this council.<br><br><br>3. Application: Never overlook the subject voer you entered on your application form which should be NIOS Biology subject and MPC subjects for NEET. You should read all signs at least twice before providing any information.</p>
