Yes, definitely you are eligible for CS Foundation course ) after completing 12th standard. CS stands for ( Company Secretary course ). It is an Professional Coruse. This course is based on theory / Accounting Subjects. Hope it helps.

There is no issue at all. If you don't have maths in your class 12th and maths is not as such compulsory for doing CS. There are so many students who don't have maths but they do CA.
