I passed gate 2012 with 565 gate score.my specialisaion field is mechanical.Can any one tell me good college for M.tech?

I secured gate 2012 with 565 gate score in mechanical engineering and 2369 rank.I want to know whether I can get chance for admission in NIT's as M.Tech ?IS NIT will provide me good plateform in good company placement in future ?
