Hindi Prachar Sabha Sahityacharya exam is conducted in South India. Almost 4 lakhs students write this exam in a year. This examination is recognised by Central and State government of India. Public Service Commission (PSC) is the principal state government requirement agency. So, it is not a PSC ap
