Tabish...My strong advice is that you should reappear for HSC exams and try to get more than 70%. Don't worry about losing another year preparing for HSC. There is nothing wrong in it. For some reasons, we Indians don't want to retry if we fail in our first attempt academically. Trying to get admiss
