As per my opinion and my knowledge, you must focus on Science stream that is a combination of PCM. If you score well in it, then only you can go for B.Tech. All the best and have a great life ahead.

For B.Tech your full focus should on maths and physics. And if your interest in the chemical branch, then you should focus on chemistry too. As per me, focus on the topics in physics which will help you in B.Tech too.
