No, you can't, you can appear for the JEE Mains but for JEE Advanced, you won't be able to appear as for Advanced paper only you have 2 attempts and that is also in the 2 consecutive years only.

Yes, you are eligible, but as per the new rule for JEE 2017 exam, you need to score 65% marks in class 12th if you belong to SC and ST category. You need to score 75 percent marks if you belong to general or OBC category.

No, if you qualify in JEE mains 2017 then you eligible to give JEE advance 2017.
