I passed my 12th with biology & want to be a genetic engineer, is NISER a good option for me? If not, please suggest me other options.

Genetic Engineering is a good course and the demand for this course is increasing. Since there are lots of research going on in this field and due to rapid mutations happening in blood cells so demand of genetic engineers are required. Also various hybrid items are coming for better nutritional value hence this is a good course. Other than this you can also study Microbiology or Biotechnology. Apart from this you can also go for alternative medical therapies like Physiotherapy.
