You can go for B.Tech/B.Sc or any integrated M.Sc or M.Tech course. 1 year gap won't be a problem.

Are you talking about high paying scale companies like Facebook that consider gap as a parameter?

Hello, The selection of course depends on your interest. I think, if you want to give entrance for BE/B.Tech, then you should go for B.Sc.

If your parents are financial strong and you have interest in research, then I would suggest you to do B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D as it will evolve something new for you and your country also. All the best.
