i passed my +2 in 2011 wid 76% marks from u.p board. i dropped 2 yrs due to money prblm. pls suggest me the b.tech college wid lowest fees

sir i cannot efford much fees becoz i belongs to a lower middle class family..due to this i dropped my 2 yrs after +2 exam. pls suggest me the b.tech college wid lowest fees & also suggest me other career option except engineering.pls suggest me immediately so that i can take admission in 2013,
