Hi Geeta,
Most of the Institutes have time limit set for reappearing i.e. somewhere within 4 years, but I would still suggest you to check with your specific University, as every University has different sets of Rules & Regulations.

Since it's 11 years since you have completed your exam in 2000, you may have to to chk with uni. Some Allow, while some insist on appearing for all the exams once again.

No, there is time limit for re-appearance better you go for a PG course

Try to admission in Master if get it than improve there your percentage than you will make up your graduation....if you will not get admission in Master than again try it if your University gives you permission for that
