I passed my LLB from ILS Law College , Pune, india. Presently i am in US and would be returning and settling in India. i want to work under a Lawyer after returning..Do i need to enroll as a lawyer for working in a lawyer's office? If yes, what is the procedure for enrollment? Soumya

U will have to pass an exam to get urself registered and get ur licence from Bar council of India. U cannot get licence of two states simultaneously. I f u r in U.S its best that u do L.L.M. and then come to india as then u can join some law firn and become a corporate lawer. Its difficult to establ
