I passed my MBA Ist year. now,I'm planing to study abroad after my MBA. Please suggest me further any course related to my study .

I'm looking for PhD degree in abroad after MBA. Please advice me,to choose a right step for further study in abroad. I'm not want my life so busy in just work. so, I'm planing to PhD Degree. Please , advice me about about further study to secure my career .
