I passed my SSC in 2004 & want to pursue B.Tech mechanical engineering. Am I eligible for the same?

If I'm not, kindly advice me on how can I become qualified for it.

    Hi,
    Yes, you are qualified to do B.Tech but you are not eligible for the entrance exams. Yu can still join IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University0 and pursue your B.Tech in mechanical branch.
