i passed out my graduation &postgraduation respectively in 1978&1980. can i do my mba now?as i am not employed will there be any less fee.

i passed out my graduation in 1978 with 60%and my post graduation in 1980 with 60%and i have no experience whatsoever.but i want to do m.b.a.if possible sitting at home.as i am not employed i want to know weather i can have my mba with less fee.
