I did B.A. (P) from Metri non college and I passed out PGDBA in HRM & Marketing from scdl, pune & i want to do PHD in HR? how & where it is possible ? what course or degree i should opt for making career in Core HR? As i am not getting opportunity in HR right now?

pgdbm is equiv. to MBA and you can gp for PHD. HRM OR MARKETING FROM PANJAB UNIVERSITY CHANDIGARH.

Sorry, as per my knowleadge post graduation degree(MBA) is must for phd but you just have diploma. first you need to complete degree course.
