I plan to answer the GMAT by the end of this year. I am currently working, and I would like to prepare for the test without leaving my job. So I would like to know if there are good study options a) Online b) Crash courses 15 days maximum or as a last resort c) Courses offering weekend classes.

You can go through the publication of, BARRONS or KAPLANS . If you are disciplined, this should suffice, and will get you through.
