I plan to apply to Oxford/Cambridge for pursuing BA In law as my 2nd UG degree. Can I apply to both considering its my 2nd degree?

Also, percentage should I look at considering I am studying Business at the University of Delhi? Lastly, is a 'Senior Status' degree allowed in India, in law specifically?
