I possess total 13 year education. 10+ three year Diploma in civil engineering with 67 prcnt.

Along with that I have 5 years of work experience as a civil site engineer. Now I want to do B.Tech from saxion university netherlands. But I don't have 12th. But I hve IELTS 6.5 band. Can I get the admission at saxion for B.Tech short degree programme?
