I pursued MBA with Marketing and Systems as specialisations. Pls advice which course am I to pursue to suit the market requirement

I pursued MBA with Marketing and Systems as specialisations. I worked as Marketing Communications Analyst for 2yrs. I'm not able to find similar jobs. Please advice what kind of courses I should pursue to meet the market requirement. Thank you.
