i qualified in gate with 33.67 marks general category in ece branch.can i get mtech seat in any nits or good universities??

my aggregate in btech is 78,i'm 2013 pass out,appeared for first tym in gate and got 15424 rank with 33.67 marks and gate score is 378.please give me a valuable suggesion....i'm thinking of preparing for gate to crack psu jobs simultaneously by doing mtech.give ur suggesion n list of colleges.
