I quit CA because I failed to clear IPCC group-2 in the first attempt. I cleared IPCC group-1 in the 2nd attempt. Can I pursue MBA?

Yes, you can pursue MBA but for that you have to give certain entrances like CAT {For IIMs and other A grade colleges} and MAT for B-Grade schools.
