I read in paper completing my b.tech E.C.E in 1year i saw paper advt. of UGC recoginised univerisity JNU rajasthan can i proceed by paying the fee and continue is it leagal and vaild every where even in govt. jobs also?

Hiiiii. Anwar. don't go for one year degree. cos the min. time period for bachelor degree is three years. checkout the affiliation and approval of university and course on official site of UGC and AICTE
