I really want to take M.tech robotics. Is there any chance of getting it after BCA or B.sc any branch ?

It is very difficult at least in India to join M.Tech after BCA or B.Sc IT. You may try abroad.

M.Tech. Robotics as a specialization is not offered by any AICTE approved institutions. However, IITs offer flexible optional subjects during M.Tech. courses in which one can choose robotics.
