you can look into theTOEFL scholarship for Indian students. Once you take the TOEFL and score 100+, you would have to submit a scholarship essay and if TOEFL feels your a potential candidate, they would grant you the scholarship. you can take education loan or personal loan..UK will be better because in UK all PG courses are of one year and also you will get 2 year work experience...for details visit www.juncturetech.net
