I received a mail saying "we are pleased with your performance and will get back to you regarding final offer letter" explain what it means?

Dear Madhav, Just to make myself clear. Is this after giving your WAT/PI? If yes, then it could not confirm anything only an official mail can confirm your admission. Any confirmed admission mail will have the fees details. If it has not been mentioned in your mail, then nothing is confirmed. Hope
