I received a refusal for my Canadian Study Visa, the reason being my 8 backlogs in BCA (which I had cleared back in 2012). My admission was completed for Fleming College in Peterborough Canada, the fees was paid, the ScotiaBank account was set up and money was transfered. What can I do next?

See, In most of the cases the college/university pays back the fees but it may take around 6 months. Did you apply through any consultancy firm? if yes you should ask that firm. We partner with many first class universities (like university of Victoria, British Colombia) in Canada. Please mail me your queries on hrceeinc@gmail.com.
