I recently got a job transfer. Is it possible that my daughter gets admission in a different university in the same course & same semester?

My daughter took admission in an engineering college (MDU) in Haryana in 2015 for CSE & is currently in the 3rd semester. I recently got transferred to Hyderabad, Telangana.
