I recently passed my B.Sc (IT) with 70% & got O-6.0 band, L-6.0, W-5.5, R-5.5, S-6.5, will Canada accept me or not?

The minimum band should be 6.5 or 7. Try to increase your score so that you can get into a top university in Canada because your percentage is really good.
