I registered for bsc physics in IGNOU last year in 2012 but did not give exams or study,.(please read description)

I registered for bsc physics major last year in 2012 selected the subjects and all, but for certain reasons i could not study or give exams at all. from this year 2013 july i want to re-do the course from the beginning,what should i do now? do i need to fill any form? what should be my next step
