Yes, you will be able to fill round 2 choices even if you missed the deadline for round 1. The choice filling window for round 2 will open after the declaration of round 1 results. You can check the IPU website for the exact dates and deadlines.

I've checked the official dates. and for round 2 it says from 25/6 to 3 or 4 july

but there's no update for choice filling on the portal?
