Hello Mukesh, The SC of India has declared engineering via distance education as illegal and hence I would strongly advise you that do not even think of doing engineering in this fashion.

It's very heartening to know that you want to acquire some qualification. You can do AMIE which is equivalent to BE. Alternatively just have a look at the brochure of IGNOU.
