I score 44% in XII & have 3 and a half years of experience as a shop manager in Africa. Can I study business and management in Germany?

Hi Rakesh Soni, Very sorry to say but 44% is not a recognised percentage in Germany. In fact not only in Germany yor score will not be accepted by any reputed country and university. You should see private colleges in India if you are in India or check any distance learning college.
