I scored 1141 in state board of TN and 31 in JEE I wish to apply aerospace engineering in SASTRA can I get a seat?

Yes, you can. Because, you have a good board score. Since, aerospace is not the most sought after course in SASTRA, you have very good chance to get it.

your board exam Percentage is 95 and jee score is 31. so you have good chances to get admission under stream 1. as 70% seats are filled under stream 1 , there are high chances to get aerospace engineering also.
your percentile will be 95(0.75)+31(0.25)=79.
on this basis you will be placed on a rank. apply if you have not as the last date is June 10.
