i scored 141 in eamcet2012 .and i am of bc b category of svu region. am i able to get seat in osmania whether any problem of my pg?

i am student of sri chaitanya . i heard that it gets problem in pg for a student of svu region if he joins in ou . is it right so? and whether i am able to get a seat in osamania ? i draem to be join in osmania but many suggested to leave the hope . what do u suggest sir?
