You are not likely to get a government college in India. Hence, you'll need to get either into big private universities or into local engineering institutes. Check the best colleges in PUNE for Engineering or either apply for MANIPAL, VIT, AMITY, AMRITA or LPU for distance education. NIMMS also if you can afford. -
For civil engineering in Pune, I will recommend you BVP (Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune). BVP ranks 56 among engineering colleges in India. For admission you must crack their entrance test BVP CET which is very easy to crack and also you need to get 50 percent marks in PCM.
