I scored 208 in JEE Mains paper 2, 99 in NATA and 79.4 % in CBSE boards. Can I get admission in Rizvi College of Architecture?

No, as the expected cutoff for Rizvi college of architecture is 100 marks in NATA (it does not take admissions through JEE Mains). Moreover, you'll get into it, if you are lucky, but 100 or above would keep you in safe zone.
