I scored 21 marks in JEE Mains and belong to OBC category, am I eligible or not for studying into NITs or IIITs?

21 marks are not enough for getting into NIT, IIT and like institutions. You need to score at least 140-150 in your category.

You are eligible if you have scored more than 75% in board exam of 12th. But based on above score it is not possible, but you can take drop improve your result and then get admission in IITs and NITs.

NIT Mizoram, Sikkim depends on your home state quota you can get admission in these.

Hi, As I know 21 marks make your rank very high which is not sufficient for admission in NIT or IIT. So, try to get a better rank in next JEE Main so that you can achieve what you want.
