I scored 349/700 (49.86%) in my B.com examination. I am from the 'open' category. CET form stated % are rounded off, am i eligible for MMS?
While filling up the online registration form for the CET exam I noticed that the eligibility criteria mentioned on the form was that the student should have secured a minimum of 49.50% marks in his graduation exams. I appeared for my B.Com examination in March 2011 and secured 349 marks out of 700

If your have minimum qualification for applying MMS, then you should move on. In CET form, you can write 50% instead of 49.86% but you must check any instruction given in the form regarding this problem.
