More than 99percentile. But, you should not restrict yourselves only to IIMs, as there are many colleges at par with IIMs. A wide spectrum of opportunities are available for you in the management field. All the best!

And if i get a 99.99 or 100 percentile in CAT 2016 can i still hope for a call from any one of the IIMs

I'm sorry but it will be very difficult to get admission into any IIM with these scores. However, you stand a good chance for other MBA institutions in India.

A gap of 1 to 2 years after 12th can be considered normal. Although the students should be able to address it via the valid documents. The reasons like health, finance, skill development or family are accepted.
