I scored 411 in NEET1. Can I get an MBBS seat in PGI or should I go for NEET2? Will the cut off rise after NEET2?

With your NEET1 Score, you may get PGI. No need to appear NEET2.
But wait for the FINAL DECISION on NEET as its still subjudice.
