Your chance entry in the MBBS class considering a score of 411 in NEET with an AIR of 357612 looks pretty bleak. Considering a cut-off of above 450 scores for most government colleges and a few private colleges which demand around 300 scores, your rank does not leave much hope. Besides, there is a good likelihood that you might get qualified in one or two of the deemed universities with even lower cut-offs, maybe only in management quota. Admission to government colleges is highly competitive, and you may well be advised to look elsewhere if you really want to do MBBS.
