I scored 44.8% in 12th but my UG percentage is around 60%. Can I get admission in DU for LL.B? I am doing B.Com from IGNOU.

Yes, you can surely get into DU LL.M as the only eligibility criteria is the minimum percentage secured in the undergraduate degree and not 12th.
