I scored 48.67 percent in 12th. suggest me some college with reasonable fees

Franclin, with this score you will not able to get admission in regular course. As you can see the merits of the universities going so high. Other option for you are correspondence course through any of the university including Delhi Univ.(DU). Or you can take admission in Professional Courses like
