I scored 53% in 12th clas & also i am not qualified IP exam & also i am not filled the JEE MAIN FORM .Please help what I do & Please guide

Dear eligibility for B.Tech is as mentioned below: Pass with 70% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) OR Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) subject to valid score inLPU NEAT - UG 2012/2013 / JEE(Main)
