I scored 53% in ECE and have 2 years of work exp. and 1 year in supply chain management. Can I do MBA (supply chain management) in Germany?

Of course, but maybe, good college won't give you response due to very poor percentage in graduation but in life, there are always many choices.
So, just start applying and take XAT exam or TOEFL that will help you to cover your poor percentage in graduation.
