I scored 58 marks in JEE Mains. In which college can I apply for B.Sc?

Rahul. Admission for B.Sc is based on your percentage your score in your XII board exams, its not based on your JEE points. JEE point are only for Engineering level.

You can apply for B.Sc in any Government or Private institution, just select the course you are interested in and also
