I scored 59% in class 12th & want to go abroad for higher studies in CS engineering. Which is the best college for the same in USA or UK?
Is there any advantage in going there or should I continue studying in India? I am a 2nd year student at JIET, Jodhpur and planning to change my college. What will be the best option abroad?

You can't change college if you are thinking about abroad. The best option is to first complete your engineering degree with good marks & then going for MS from Germany. It will be better.
