I scored 60 in cee Assam and belongs to sc category. Can I get admission in CSE department?

I got 65% in class 12 exam. Belongs to sc category.

I don't think so as your score is quite low. For CSE, you should have got score like 90 (min). But you can get Civil however you won't be even called for first round counselling so from that side CSE will be filled up and for the second round, third round students only the left out branches will be
