DU has final cutoff nearby 90 for maximum colleges. Don't lose hope. Try for other colleges.

No, your class 12 percentage is low. But, if you have any sports quota with Reservation. Then you should wait for the 4-5 cut off.

Your marks are very low and you are changing your stream. So, your marks are deducted when the percentage calculated against the cut off released by DU because you are from Science background and didn't study any subject of B.Com. It seems it is not possible to get admission in Delhi University with 60%. So try in other colleges.

No, there were very less chances of getting B.Com in DU as the cut-off is in the 90% range. But you can try for another reputed private colleges in Delhi only.
